Gear: G-Loomis IMX-S841-2, Shimano Sustain 1000, 4lb fireline, 4lb Sunline Super FC sniper leader, FG knot

Lures: Ecogear ZX30 blades in 414 & 416

Catch:

• Bream – 34cm on Ecogear 416 blade
• Flathead – 42cm on Ecogear 414 blade
• Tailor – 25cm on Ecogear 416 blade
• Whiting – 20cm on Ecogear 416 blade

Notes: Ecogear lures are awesome! There was a massive storm last week and the water was still dark. Started with the darker colour lure (416) in the darker water which worked great on the 34cm bream, tailor and whiting. Moved onto open section with clearer water and lighter sand. Wasn’t getting anything with the dark lure so switched to lighter colour 414 and got hit first cast. I dropped three more fish on the 414.
